Partner Terms

These terms apply to taxi and private-hire companies (“Partner”) that receive rides through LongTaxi, operated by [company name — to be filled in Transfers → Settings] (“we”).

1. What we do for you

We show passengers a fixed price, take the booking and the payment, and offer the ride to Partners near the pick-up. The first Partner to accept gets the ride. There is no subscription and no fee to join.

2. What you guarantee

• You hold every licence, permit and insurance required to carry passengers for payment where you drive, and your drivers are allowed to drive them.
• Your vehicles are safe, clean, insured for passenger transport and of the class you accept.
• You carry out every ride you accept, on time, at the agreed price. You never ask the passenger for more money for the ride as booked.

3. Money

• The price shown to the passenger includes our commission. When you accept a ride you see what you earn; it is paid to you after the ride, less nothing else.
• Extras the passenger booked are part of the price. Extras that arise during the ride (waiting beyond the free time, an extra stop) can be charged by you at your usual rates, with the passenger’s agreement.
• Tips are passed on to you in full.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

• If you cannot do a ride you accepted, tell us at once through your partner page. Repeated cancellations or no-shows by you lead to suspension.
• If the passenger does not show up by the end of the free waiting time, mark the ride as a no-show; you keep your earnings.
• If you do not show up, the passenger is refunded and you are not paid for that ride; costs we incur to replace you may be charged to you.

5. Ratings

Passengers rate every completed ride. Ratings and your answers to them are public on your company page. We do not remove honest ratings; we remove only unlawful content.

6. Data

You receive the passenger’s name, phone, pick-up, destination and flight number only to carry out the ride. You may not use them for anything else, and you delete them when they are no longer needed.

7. Ending

You can stop at any time. We can pause or end your account for breach of these terms, safety complaints or repeated cancellations. Accepted rides are carried out or handed back.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg; the courts of Luxembourg City have jurisdiction.
