    Your request goes to licensed taxi companies near the pick-up. You get the confirmation, the company and the driver details by e-mail.

    Ride, relax, arrive

    Your driver waits for you at the door or in arrivals. If nobody confirms your ride, you get all your money back.

Questions

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. The price you book is the price of the ride as booked — fuel, motorway tolls and taxes included. Only extras you add later, such as an extra stop or waiting beyond the free time, can cost more.

What if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when you book. The driver follows the flight and waits 60 minutes after the actual landing at no cost.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. You get the full amount back.

Who will drive me?

A licensed taxi or private-hire company from the region of your pick-up. You receive the company and driver details before the ride.

What if nobody confirms my booking?

Then we cancel the booking and refund everything you paid. You never pay for a ride that does not take place because of us or the company.

Can I bring child seats, pets or extra luggage?

Yes — add them when you book so the company sends the right car. Assistance dogs always ride free.
