Is there a fee or a minimum?
No. The account is free; you pay the rides, at the prices everyone sees.
Who can book on the account?
Anyone who opens your team link and books with an e-mail of your company's domain. You see every ride as it is booked.
Can we book for guests and visitors?
Yes: a colleague books with their own work e-mail and writes the guest's name in the note for the driver.
And groups — a team event, a conference?
